1. Tell me your idea – Share colors, size, timeline, and any inspo photos.

2. Quote & deposit – I’ll confirm details and pricing; a deposit secures your spot.

3. Make & update – I get crafting and send a progress check-in for any small tweaks.

4. Pickup or ship – I’ll package it with care; local pickup in Kalamazoo or ship to you.
